Don't Judge The Harvest

I saw a field which looked barren . I would have wished for it to be put to use so that crops could be grown.  I found that there were pipes hidden underground and God said that this was where he was laying His purpose. God said that He was laying His work in places that seemed barren and fruitless to us. He does not need our plans, our thoughts or our convictions.

True Unity

We have stuck ourselves together in 'unity' as if using man-made glue. But God will tear this apart because He is wanting a church that is nailed or bolted together which stands on the work accomplished on the Cross. We will see how shallow man-made unity really is, how fickle our self-generated love really is. The enemy cannot dismantle the church when God has built us together. That is why God must test us now, so that the enemy will not have success. At the Tower of Babel man separated from each other. At the Cross we all come together. When we come to the cross we repent of all that would divide us and lay down our differences.

The Fruit Crusher

I saw apples being pulped, but instead of emerging from a funnel as pulp, they were emerging as whole fruit even better than before. It will be seen that the Church is the work of God. It will be resurrected in God's power. All Satan's activities will have failed to destroy God's work.

Do Not Work Alone.

Do you have to work up the whirlwind? Indeed not, I come in the whirlwind and in the fire. Rest in Me and work in Me, but do not attempt to work without  Me for such work is fruitless and pleases Me not.

COME CLOSER TO ME

“Rest in me, draw closer and know my deep, deep all-consuming peace. For it is I, only I, that can still the storms of the night. A sea of tranquillity will flow across this troubled land as the people turn to me.

Know me, know my heartbeat. Do not focus on world affairs and all that strife which surrounds you, focus not on the world economies but keep your peace with me.

Come into the deep, and as you walk with me know I am always at your side. Wherever you place your feet I am surely there. As you draw close to me the storms will pass overhead .React not in retribution, but learn to respond in my love at all times, for it is this love that will turn people to me.

Around you will prevail maelstroms and they will be world-wide- the cycle of darkness will be repeated. People will run to and fro seeking, seeking they know not what. They will run in terror from the earthquakes that will swallow the land, from the rumblings of the tides, these happenings will drive people and nations into fear, confusion, anger and they will turn to other gods in disbelief.

They are not focussed on the one true God; they need to know it is I, only I that can comfort.

Time to show a winnowing hand- to reap the harvest. Call the threshers nigh. Pick up the chaff ^1,*. –yes, I came for the lost that they may not perish. Those, whom others would trample on, reach deep into their hearts for theirs is a promised kingdom and they will reap the greatest treasure of all.

I bring a supernatural kingdom- ² * a Jacob Generation ³* Many will be afraid of my power. But fear not.

Tread with care as you herald in my kingdom. Take one step at a time, await my instructions, and then cross the bridge. Do not go ahead in your own understandings for these are treacherous times. malevolent forces, witchcraft abounds, Precipitous times , as if on a knife edge. Day of the Jackal*⁴

Put oil in your lamps, trim your wicks and be prepared to keep vigil, for the nights will be long and hard. Be resolute, step out of your comfort zone and know this is the time of your calling, to pray, to herald in the dawn. The darkening face of the storm leaves a brooding presence but come the dawn all will be light. So keep vigil until the dawn of my coming and bring in my kingdom. Out of the dawn will come Heaven sent Blessings and an abundance as you keep faith.”

2. Jacob Generation- Bringing Heaven to Earth. (Gen28:2-10) Jacob communed with God through the night until dawn- (Gen 32:24 Jacob was left alone and he wrestled with God until dawn.”

Who are the Jacob Generation?

Those who are left alone in order that God might have their undivided attention. In a sense they go through a season of “abandonment” with total focus on Him. We need to hold onto God until we have seen our circumstances/whatever God places on our hearts change.

Those who are willing to die to the flesh (Esau) and live by the spirit (Jacob). Jacob crossed the Jordan into the Promised Land. Spiritually the Jordan speaks of separation and death. We must die to flesh and live by the spirit and place a high value on the gifts of the spirit God has chosen to place upon us, to never let go of our spiritual birthright, that we may enter His throne room, and bring down the ladder from Heaven to earth heralding in the Kingdom of God in a new and powerful way - an Open Heaven, a supernatural kingdom ^{2 *}

We receive our righteousness and blessings (Ps24:5) from God by Grace. This is a time of outpouring of his provision and blessing for those who will wrestle...Our reward is to stand in His presence in the Throne room Jacob was the spiritual seed of Isaac, his twin Esau was the physical seed who sold his birthright for a pittance – he did not value it. Jacob Generation will not let go of their anointing, of their blessing, their birthright they know its value. We need also to pray for those in ministry who are drawn by the flesh and not the spirit.

God , through the Holy Spirit is changing lives –picking up the chaff ¹ * - In God’s eyes these folk left behind are just as precious in His eyes –whose lives can be changed through an experience with God. We need to pray for that wrestling- that overcoming and for those whose specific ministry is outreach – that they will become a generation who will praise and worship God in power.

It is a generation that will seek his face – Jacob (deceiver) became Israel. 32:28 for your name shall no longer be called Jacob but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with men and have prevailed. I believe a calling to do spiritual battle for a new Israel- an Israel of face seekers, a young generation of true believers who will claim their spiritual heritage.

2012   A need for Change              30 December 2011    by  Martin Cooke

 I am changing everything. The things that you see may remain the same but you will see them through different eyes, because I am giving you sight. Before this time in many ways you thought you could see but you were blind. You thought you understood the scriptures. You thought you clung to true doctrine. You thought you were right to hold to strongly believed doctrines. But now I want you to let go of all that you have held so strongly so that you may embrace me and my love. How can you love one another if you are so resolute in your differences that you cannot make space for my love. Do I love you my people because you are true to all that you hold dear, or because I recognise you as the children I died for? Recognise each other for what I have made you as brothers and sisters in the Lord. Put apart your differences and cease to try to convert others to your cause. Do not squabble among yourselves, for when your sight is clear you will be able to remove the offending specks in each other's eyes. There is much that needs to be remedied in my Body but it cannot be performed by those with blind eyes and unpractised fingers.

             When you know me, you will know true doctrine. When you follow me you will see others as I see them. When you cease from fighting your wars and defending your ground and you trust in me, I will remedy that which needs to be fulfilled in my Body. For I can make you whole, even as one Body. What is it that causes the spots and the wrinkles, is it not impurities and stress between members? I will reform those who need reforming, but especially those who attempt to reform others but not themselves.
